Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer

Hi everyone! Welcome back! Today I’m going to be talking about the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer. I picked this up a couple weeks ago and have been using it pretty much nonstop ever since. I have mine in the shade Light and these retail for $9.99 and that’s what I got it for at my local CVS. If you want a link to it online, here it is: https://www.maybelline.com/face-makeup/concealer/instant-age-rewind-eraser-dark-circles-concealer-treatment/ratings/light

This product’s full title on Maybelline’s website is “INSTANT AGE REWIND® ERASER DARK CIRCLES TREATMENT CONCEALER” and the description is, “This super-concentrated treatment concealer features a micro-corrector applicator to help instantly erase dark circles and fine lines.” I would have to say that I agree with this description in that it definitely erases dark circles and fine lines. The coverage on this concealer is incredible and so easily blended.

The average review on the website is a 3/5 which actually surprises me. The one problem that I do understand that people have about it is the shade range. There are only six shades and they’re really not that great. For me, the shade light is perfect but I definitely hope Maybelline expands the shade range.

The applicator on this is also really cool. It’s a twist up sponge type thing that’s attached to the product so you just twist the bottle and the product comes up and you apply to your face. I’ve been using this under my eyes and to highlight my face and it’s really amazing. I can not stress enough how easy this is to blend.

For me, this concealer gets a 4.5/5. The only thing that could make it better for me is if the shade range was a little bit more versatile for everyone else out there. I would say this is definitely worth the $10 because the coverage is amazing and blend-ability is out of this world. This definitely compares to the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer if you’ve tried that in terms of coverage and is way more affordable.

Anyway, that’s all I really have to say about this product but I do love it. I would recommend going out to try it if you’re in the market for a new concealer or are just wanting to try it! Let me know in the comments below if you have tried this and what you thought, or if there’s any other concealers I need to try.

I hope you guys have a great rest of your Sunday and a great week and I’ll be back soon to share more products!

Thank you guys so much for reading, and I’ll talk to you soon!

Xoxo,
Rachel

I like the formulation but the shade is completely wrong for me. I have the lightest shade and too dark so haven’t used it that much. I hope they do bring out lighter shades

I’ve heard so many people rave about this concealer but I’ve never tried it. I think I’m just too attached to my ELF HD Lifting concealer; I would feel like I was cheating if I tried something else, lol.

Your lucky you have 6 shades! There are only 2 shades in the UK so I just use the light shade to brighten certain areas of my face and less as a concealer. It still is an incredible product 🙂
